Once you've booked your ticket, if you haven't booked an instant approval line, the operator will receive your booking request. Sometimes the operator might decide to decline the booking, if for example the ride is fully booked. no worries though! Our support team will try their best to find you an alternative option. However, if we can't work something out, we may have to cancel and refund your booking, you will receive an email immediately informing you about the cancelation.
Sometimes, in those rare instances, even if your booking is already confirmed, there's a slight chance it might end up getting canceled. This can happen if there are some severe weather conditions or unexpected operational hiccups. If that does occur, our support team will be right on it, If we can't provide the service as planned, your booking will be fully refunded.
