When you’re browsing search results, look for the “Free cancellation” tag on each ride card. If you see this badge, it means the operator offers a free cancellation option for that service.



You can also find the cancellation policy on the ride’s product page, right below the date, time, and number of passengers selection card. This way, you can quickly double-check the policy before choosing your travel details.

For suppliers with stricter cancellation policies, we still want you to have the flexibility you need. That’s why, in some cases and in accordance with the supplier’s rules, we offer different fare options, one of which is a refundable fare that allows cancellation for an additional fee. You can view these fare options directly on the product page as well, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
