Since Bookaway collaborates with various local operators, refund policies can differ between them. In addition to the operator’s policy, Bookaway also offers an optional refundable ticket for many routes. This allows you to cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure, regardless of the operator’s cancellation policy. You’ll see this option during the booking process whenever it’s available.

If you have already booked your ticket, you can refer to your confirmation email, which includes details about the refund policy specific to the ride you have booked. Alternatively, you can visit the "My Booking" page on the website, where you'll find information regarding the refund policy.
If you haven't booked your ticket yet, you can easily view the refund policy for the route you plan to book. Simply select the desired ride, and you will find the refund policy listed under the ride details.

If a refund is applicable, please note that it may take approximately 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account after it has been issued.
Please keep in mind that if a policy specifies that cancellations are allowed up to a certain number of days before departure, it indicates that refunds will not be available if that designated timeframe has already passed.
