When booking a trip, it's important to stay informed about the status of your reservation. On Bookaway, your active bookings will appear under one of two statuses: Confirmed or Processing.

If your booking is Confirmed, your reservation is confirmed and you're all set for your trip.

If it is Processing, it means we’re still processing your request with the operator, and you will be notified as soon as the booking is finalized.
