Please note that each operator we work with has their own policy regarding booking changes. Whether a change is possible depends on the fare option and the operator’s policy selected at the time of booking.

Important information about booking changes
Only refundable bookings allow changes or cancellations
Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed once confirmed
A booking can be changed or canceled only once
This is because a change is processed as an exchange - your original booking is canceled, and a new booking is created based on availability and the operator’s policy. For this reason, we’re unable to process multiple changes for the same booking.
How to request a change
At this time, all booking changes must be handled by our support team. Changes cannot be made directly in the app or on the website.
This includes changes to:
travel dates or times
pickup or drop-off locations
passenger details or the number of passengers
If you’d like to request a change, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist, as long as your booking and policy allow it.
