If you've made a reservation for a private transfer, the operator tends to be more flexible with the timings, particularly when given sufficient advance notice to make adjustments to the schedule. For private transfers, when you book a transfer from the airport, the operator typically requests your flight information during the booking process. This allows them to adapt the departure time in the event of any flight delays.
