You can usually find the exact address and a Google Maps link directly on your Bookaway voucher. Just check the voucher details, and you’ll have everything you need to easily locate your departure point.

You can also log in to your “My Bookings” page to review your reservation details. There, you’ll see the departure address along with a Get directions link.

For some bookings, the departure location may be listed on the operator’s ticket instead of the Bookaway voucher. This is the ticket attached to your booking confirmation and provided by the operator. If your voucher doesn’t show the location, please check the attached operator ticket for the departure details.
