Why haven’t I received my voucher yet?

Once you complete your booking, it can take up to 24 hours to be approved or declined. During this waiting period, your booking is pending. Once approved, your voucher will be emailed to you immediately.

If the booking is declined, then you will be fully refunded.

If it has been more than 24 hours or if your booking is urgent (you booked for the same day or for the day after), please contact our support team.

      Go to My bookings, enter your booking reference number and the email you made the booking with, and you will see on the top right of the page a yellow button that says Send voucher.
    • Do I need to print my voucher?

      Generally, no. With most operators, you can simply show your voucher on your smartphone. If a printed version is required, it will be mentioned in the section called “Please be advised” in your voucher.
    • What should I do if the operator doesn’t show up?

      If you waited at the prearranged pickup place at the correct time and the operator doesn’t show up, we suggest contacting the operator directly. If you are unable to reach them, please contact our support team.
