Bookaway works with local operators, so the refund policies can vary from one operator to another.
To check the refund policy of the operator, you can either go to My Bookings or check the Booking Info Page on the website for the route you want to book.
The policy will be written under “Cancelation and Changes policy” near the bottom of the page as shown here:
If a refund is available, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the money to be returned to your account after it has been issued.
Please note that if a policy states that cancellations are possible up to X days before a departure, this means that a refund will not be possible if the specified amount of hours has been surpassed.
