You can easily track the status of your booking by visiting the "My Bookings" page on our website.

To access your booking details, please enter the email address associated with your reservation along with the booking reference number. You can find the reference number in the email we sent to your inbox upon completing your booking. Once entered, simply click "Find my booking."

Please be aware that a confirmation email is automatically sent once your booking gets confirmed. However, if necessary you can always have the voucher emailed to you again through 'My bookings' page. Please note that in certain instances, the confirmation email may be delivered to folders other than your primary inbox. Therefore, we kindly advise you to check all your folders.
