At Bookaway, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. While many of our rides are instantly confirmed, there are certain rides that require manual confirmation by the operator, who carefully reviews each booking to approve or decline it based on availability. During the handling process, the status of your booking will be shown as pending.

Typically, it takes up to 24 hours for the operator to review all incoming booking requests. In the majority of cases, bookings are approved within this timeframe. However, in rare instances, it may take longer, especially if the booking is for a date significantly ahead and the operator's schedule hasn't been opened yet.

Rest assured that our team, along with our partner operators, diligently monitors all pending bookings until they are confirmed, and we will keep you updated every step of the way if any issues arise.
