Once you complete your booking, it can take up to 24 hours to be approved or declined. During this waiting period, your booking is pending. Once approved, your voucher will be emailed to you immediately.
If the booking is declined, then you will be fully refunded.

If the status of your booking is approved, it means that the voucher has been already emailed to you, make sure to check all of the folders in your inbox including the spam and promotions folder, if you can't find it in the primary folder.
