At Bookaway, we have two types of booking processes for different lines on our website.
For certain lines, we provide instant confirmation, which can be identified by the instant confirmation icon. Upon completing your booking on these lines, you should receive a confirmation email right away.
For the other type of booking process, we collaborate directly with local operators who carefully review and confirm each booking request to ensure availability. As a result, these bookings typically require up to 24 hours for approval. Please note that the instant confirmation icon is not displayed on the website for these specific lines.

If the status of your booking is Confirmed:
Please be aware that a confirmation email is automatically sent once your booking gets confirmed. However, if necessary you can always have the voucher emailed to you again through 'My bookings' page. Please note that in certain instances, the confirmation email may be delivered to folders other than your primary inbox. Therefore, we kindly advise you to check all your folders.
In the event that your departure date is several months away, the booking might get approved closer to the actual departure date. This is because some operators finalize their schedules as the departure date draws nearer.
