Once you complete your booking, it can take up to 24 hours to be approved or declined.
During this waiting period, your booking status is pending, and once the status becomes approved, your voucher will be emailed to you immediately.
Here at Bookaway, we directly work with local operators who confirm each booking request individually to ensure availability. This is why bookings usually take up to 24 hours to be approved.
In the case that your booking is not approved, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been declined, alongside an alternative transfer and the option to cancel and fully refund your booking.

If the status of your booking is approved, it means that the voucher has already been emailed to you. Make sure to check all of the folders in your inbox, including the spam and promotions folder if you can't find it in the primary folder.

Here at Bookaway, there are two approval methods: Instant approval and Regular approval.
Instant Approval: when choosing your desired transfer, if the option booked has a thunder sign, with “instant confirmation” written next to it, this means that the reservation is instantly approved, and the voucher should be sent to your inbox instantly after booking.
In the case that you booked such an option, and you still did not receive the voucher, please check your spam and promotions folders.

Regular Approval:
If your reservation does not state that it has “instant confirmation”, this means that the booking has regular approval. This means that once you complete your booking, it can take up to 24 hours to be approved or declined. During this waiting period, your booking shows as pending. Once approved, your voucher will be emailed to you immediately.
In the case that your booking is not approved, your reservation will be declined. Once declined, you will either be offered an alternative to your original booking or receive a full refund.
